Offering Price -- Clay’s Canyon Creek Mountain Unit is being offered for 5,495,000 (Five Million Four Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Dollars). Sellers shall require an all cash sale.
Conditions of Sale
• The Sellers shall require an all cash sale.
• All offers shall be in writing and accompanied by an earnest money deposit check in the minimum amount of 3% of the offering price.
• All earnest money deposit s will be deposited in the Listing Broker’s trust account.
• The sellers shall provide and pay for an owner’s title insurance policy in full satisfaction of the negotiated purchase price.
