As a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Theo Hirshfeld holds the highest level of certification with the appraisal profession. For the past 16 years Theo has specialized in the appraisal of farms, ranches, recreational and investment properties, and other complex real estate valuations such as conservation easements and land exchanges.
Theo's services are provided to individual property owners, trust departments, conservation groups, government agencies, and lenders. All reports are professionally prepared and adhere to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines.

Lindsy J. Conry

Lindsy and her husband, Levi, moved to the area in 2005. Cooper Conry was added to their family in August, 2009. Lindsy graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Business Administration-Marketing. She supplemented that degree with a technical degree in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) from Mesa State College. Since graduating, Lindsy has worked in the real estate industry as a marketing manager, loan processor, and loan officer. Currently, Lindsy is pursuing her license as a Certified General Appraiser.
