DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY Click To View
Miller Creek Recreational Property consists of 41.82 +/- acres of typical open mountain grass land with a few areas of pine and aspen trees. The property is about 4.5 miles from the Hazelton county road, but there is a recorded easement across all landowners on the private road with the exception of about one mile of land belonging to the State of Wyoming. The property is boundary fenced on three sides: North, West, and South.
A large tract of BLM land touches the southeast corner of the property. Miller Creek, a spring fed tributary of Poison Creek, flows through the entire southern half of the property. Elk, deer, and antelope inhabit the property and the surrounding area. Pine and Aspen trees grow on the western and southern areas of the parcel. This unique property offers both “end of the road seclusion” as well as spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding countryside from most vantage points.
There are currently no utilities available to the property.
A survey of the property is available upon request.
