To reach the property, travel west on U.S. Highway 16 West for approximately 30 miles, turn onto the Hazelton Road and travel south for approximately 4 miles, and then turn onto a private improved dirt road and travel east for approximately 4.5 miles.

Winter access is limited to snowmobiles or tracked vehicles.

The property is about 4.5 miles from the Hazelton county road, but there is a recorded easement across all landowners on the private road with the exception of about one mile of land belonging to the State of Wyoming. A large tract of BLM land touches the southeast corner of the property. Miller Creek, a spring fed tributary of Poison Creek, flows through the entire southern half of the property.
