 The property is accessed from Interstate 90 by exiting at Shell Creek Road (Exit 47) and traveling east (toward Lake DeSmet) on Shell Creek Road to its junction with Monument Road. Then turn left (north) on Monument Road, through the privacy gate, and proceed 1.1 miles to the intersection with Lott Ranch Road.  At the Lott Ranch Road turn left and travel 0.4 miles to the property.  Shell Creek Road, Monument Road and Lott Ranch Road are all well-maintained, all-weather gravel roads.
